The Finca

A unique forest finca where peace, nature, and comfort meet. You’ll rent a spacious room (approx. 30 m²) with a shared bathroom, kitchen and livingroom (only with 1 person who mostly stays in the garden—so you often have the house to yourself). Fireplace, airco, and just 15 min from the beach. Dogs welcome, pet sitting available. No hotel vibes—just a warm, personal home. Ideal for relaxing, recharging, and enjoying nature with your dog.(Sometimes there is works done in nearby orange fields).

Nestled between endless orange fields and set right against the peaceful Arroyo Pedraza stream (the very soul behind our name), Finca Arroyito is your perfect escape into nature. Tucked away in the Andalusian woods, our finca spans more than a hectare of private land — wild, serene, and full of charm.

Here, you’ll experience cool shade in the summer and cosy warmth in the winter. The house itself is full of soul — rustic, quiet, and beautifully simple, offering a true middle-of-nowhere feeling while still being incredibly well-connected.

We’re just:

5 minutes from the village of Villablanca
10 minutes from vibrant Ayamonte
15–20 minutes from the beaches of Isla Cristina or Portugal
And under 5 minutes from the Portuguese border

You have a big room of around 30m², shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and shared living room with smart tv, fireplace, sofa and dining table. And of course please let me know if you need something.

We love peace, nature, and animals. No parties — just relaxation, good vibes, and birdsong. Dogs are more than welcome, and we even offer dog sitting for a small fee, so you can explore without worry.
